We loooovveee their pizza! Great alternative to the typical chain restaurants. We usually do pick up because as other reviews say, their customer service isn't amazing. But we've never had a "bad" experience.

Mon-wed the florence location has 7.99 large one toppings! Great deal!

You can tell the crust is mad fresh along with the sauce. Definitely give it a try!

This place is awful. Customer service, food quality, management.
The 3 times I've placed orders, they all have been wrong.
No refunds. Only will remake your food. Rude workers.
    Absolute joke of a business.

Very hit and miss.  Been here a couple of times and service can be good or terrible.  In-laws were in town and we went there since they are Catholic and wanted cheese pizza, we are not and wanted a variety of choices.  We ended up ordering a cheese pizza, barbecue chicken pizza and two calzones.  Not very crowded when we got in and drink orders came out pretty quick.  Waitress took our food order and we never saw her again until the food was delivered.  Had to ask for additional drinks, and were short silverware at the table.

The cheese pizza for some reason was cut into squares and she apologized for not having any more spatulas so we were left  trying to serve the pizza ourselves with the knive and forks we had.  The cuts made by the kitchen staff wasn't close to being through and when we tried to lift it out and on the plates and all the cheese slide off the pieces.  The crust was thin and very soggy.  The other food was delivered (the bbq chicken pizza was cut into normal slices) and she said she was trying to get a spatula but it was in soapy water and should be right out.  She brought it out a couple minutes later and that was the last we saw her until she dropped off the check about 15 minutes after we had been done eating.  She left without taking away any plates, cups, trays.  When she walked by about ten minutes later she saw my credit card on the receipt and informed me I needed to take it to the carry out window.

The calzones were acceptable but the bbq chicken pizza tasted fantastic though there was way too much cheese on it. Would have been perfect if they had put on about half the cheese.

Overall the food was a 3/5 but the service about a 1.5/5

This is a smallish pizzeria right in the heart of Florence. They have many pizza, hoagie, and appetizer options here. I kept it very simple on my first trip here. I got a Meat Lovers Pizza which is exactly what it sounds like. Sausage, pepperoni, ham, and ground beef are among the meats piled on a thin crust pizza. The crust was one of the pizzas best features as it was ultra thin, crispy, and delicious. The meats were all delicious also although they kind of piled it all in the middle of the pizza instead of spreading it to the edges. The sauce completed a pretty decent pizza. The service was kind of indifferent as once the pizza was delivered we didn't see our server much. All in all it's kind of a middle of the road pizzeria although that's based only on the pizza and I desire to try some other stuff on their menu.

The pizza was ok tasting, it wasn't anything special. The pizza flavor almost reminded me of pizza that was served in the high school cafeteria. I went for the first time today because I saw they had a buffet, the buffet consisted of 2 pizzas and a plate of cheese sticks, thankfully it was only $6.99 but I was very let down at the lack of variety. That's mainly why I only gave the place 2 stars was because of the buffet.
